A few of you might have gotten scared by seeing the big gravestone on the front page for the past couple weeks, but we are back, and moving in a new direction.

So here is a summary of what is going on. Two weeks ago we had a new website ready for launch and 5 new shows. Now we have cancelled 2 shows and really trimmed down what we produce, this is why: we want to focus more energy on the shows that we have instead of spreading ourselves so thin that our content begins to lack. However, we are going to be adding new shows and content, we just need some time to prepare it for launch. So here's the skinny, Beautiful Monsters is going to be our only show that has new episodes, and the Dewoh Vault is going to have old episodes of pre-Dewoh and Dewoh era shows that you can no longer access, all commercial free, uncensored and with commentary from the creators and hosts. We are also under new management; even though I am technically still in charge and responsible for maintaining content quality and direction, Colby has officially become the big boss of Dewoh, and he will be making all of the show decisions.

On the new features side of things, we now have a forum and an iPhone version of the site. Go check them out and let Colby know what you think!

Where's What to Read?

Well… it's still here, and it isn't on hiatus like it was 4 months ago, we've just had a bunch of problems getting it shot and edited. The last episode was released on March 16th, and since then we've had 3 different reasons for missing 3 shows in a row. The first week was due to Whitney being sick, the second was due to the death of Sarah's grandfather, and the third was due to a myriad of technical snafus.

However, we are still planning on doing a show tomorrow night (for release on Sunday the 13th) even if I personally have to whip the ladies into shape! So, knock on wood, everything will be back to normal this week.

The Seth and Colby Show is Here

As you can see Dewoh has been updated to reflect the arrival of The Seth and Colby Show. The Shop is updated. The Live page is updated. The Show page is updated. Everything is updated. Be sure to go listen to their newest (and first) episode, and there's a new episode every Saturday evening, shortly after the live broadcast.

Of course, because of Colby being involved with The Seth and Colby Show, the Colby and Colton show has been cancelled in it's previous format. However, fans needn't worry because they will be back with another show that will (hopefully) debut soon.

I promise that we won't go another month without an update. Stay tuned next week for some more big announcements.

Well, we decided to pause our construction of the VIP section for now in favor of selling merchandise! Beginning today you can purchase hoodies, shirts, hats and more in the Dewoh Store! We have fan merchandise available for every Dewoh show and even some for shows that haven't been announced yet! Be sure to browse through our great selection of items and get some merchandise to support Dewoh as well as your favorite hosts and shows!

For some smaller news, you can now access everything concerning Colby and Colton at www.colbyandcolton.com. Now if you e-mail Colby and Colton you can get a free sticker to help promote their show!

We're still here

Media silence is either good or bad. Over the last month we've had our share of both, but I am happy to say that we are now even better than before.

There have been lots of changes around Dewoh over the last month, some for better, some for worse, but I am going to reveal them all to you! Shall we get started?

We have added two new sections to the "shows" page: an "old shows" and a "pilot shows" button. We made this to clean up the "shows" page. In the "old shows" section you will find all of the episodes of "The Show!" and "Where It's At," which are no longer updated. On the "pilot shows" page, you can find shows that aren't quite ready for a weekly audience or are "under construction." Matt's now cancelled "Get Advice" show is on there, as well as "Let's Get Cooking," which will have its debut episode up as soon as Colby gets it finished. New shows will be added and removed from that page without much fanfare, so check back to see if there's something interesting and be sure to give us feedback on these beta-version shows.

We have added two new shows to our lineup, "The Colby and Colton Show Video Podcast" and "Beautiful Monsters: A Twilight Podcast." "The Colby and Colton Video Podcast" is a biweekly 5 minute long crazy-fest, starring your favorites from "The Colby and Colton Show." "Beautiful Monsters" is a weekly 30 minute podcast dedicated specifically to Stephanie Meyer's Twilight book series; it is hosted by the amazing Sarah Wallace and Kathleen Allee. "The Colby and Colton Show Video Podcast" is released every other Monday and "Beautiful Monsters" is released every Wednesday.

Some recent staff changes have also come about. Lukas has left Dewoh for bigger and better things and we hope that he finds what he is looking for in life. Also, Kathleen has joined us as a host.

Now, there is one final loose end to tie up -- the VIP section. Where is it? The truth is, we don't know if we are going to do it just yet. Hold onto your hats, we'll post a formal decision later this month.

Thanks so much for listening to our shows! We now have shows 5 days out of the week and we owe it all to you -- our listeners. Colby and I are currently building a new video studio, as well as another audio studio to improve our quality even more. We can only hope you'll be patient with us while we are working hard to bring you the best content available! What to Read is back! Yay! Sarah and Whitney have been gone since September, but now they are back for good!

Why were they gone in the first place? We wanted to do a video show and with our current setup, it wasn't working. We upgraded some equipment, regrouped and now we are back for the long haul! What does this mean for you? Three formats of the show! One will be a 400MB high resolution format of the video; another, a lower resolution (around 100MB) video format; and an audio only version. Of course, iTunes takes about a week to get these feeds up and online, so for now the only feed is the hi-res feed (which is the one you are already subscribed too). Next week, the other feeds will be available. Until then (if you don't feel like downloading 500MB) there is a flash version available.

One more thing...

I have decided to start doing a new music show called "Music Spotlight." Every Wednesday I will play a couple new songs, a couple old songs, give you the latest news, and talk about new releases. I hope you will enjoy it!

New Shows, New Pages

Today we launched some new features, big features.

Now you can watch Dewoh shows live, directly from http://www.dewoh.com/live. Also on these pages you can watch all of the previous live shows and see when the next live broadcast will be. For example - What to Read has been gone for a while, and they'll be back January 1st, broadcasting live at http://www.dewoh.com/live/whattoread, and if you're not into that, The Colby and Colton Show broadcasts live every week! I really hope you enjoy the new Live pages and be sure to give me feedback at seth@dewoh.com.

Also, because we have more shows than ever, we have produced one page that links to all the shows at http://www.dewoh.com/shows. Now you can read descriptions, see genres, and directly go to any show's page from one place.

Of course, if you are looking through the new Shows page, you'll discover that we have a new show launching in January 2008. "Let's Get Cooking!" is a brand new video show that stars Sarah (from What to Read) and Matt (from The Show!) and I really hope you'll enjoy it. I'll post more details about it later!

In light of these changes, the navigation tabs have changed as well. We moved the "Blog" and "Contact" links down to the footer and replaced them with "Shows" and "Live" in order to direct users to more interesting places. Hopefully this change will make it easier to navigate through Dewoh content.

And one more homepage change - we took the shows off the front page (except for the headlining show) and replaced them with recent updates. Hopefully now you can just glance at the images to see what's new, and read the blog only if you want more information.

Next month will be our 6 month anniversary of going public and we have come along way since last July. We are still making bigger and better improvements and we hope you enjoy the new pages and new content!

Where's da Show?

It's on hiatus! In case you guys and gals haven't noticed, The Show! disappeared the week before Thanksgiving and never returned! Well, I thought it was about time to explain why and what you can expect in the future.

Here's what happened, or better yet, happening. As you know, Sarah and I (Seth) are planning on getting married in 5 months and as you can imagine it takes lots of planning, time, and money. This is really not a good excuse for me to quit my show, but if you add to the fact that I am now producing "The Colby and Colton Show", "What to Read", and some shows that will debut in the future, I am kinda swamped. So the bottom line is, I quit so I could focus more time to running Dewoh.

That does not mean that The Show! is going to go away. I haven't yet figured out what I'm going to do with the show, but I have a few ideas in mind that I am discussing with the rest of the Dewoh staff. As soon as I get all of this figured out, I'll be sure to let you know.

It sorta feels like Dewoh is in a dry spell right now, but rest assured it'll pick up in January.

I'll talk more about that next week :)

Seth and Brian Reborn

Almost a year ago, the popular Seth and Brian Show was, without notice, yanked from the airwaves. Now, 2 promising comedians (haha) rise to take it's place.

That's right. The Colby and Colton Show is here.

Using the same voiceover talent (Charles) and the Seth and Brian veteran (Seth) as executive producer, this show will very shortly grow into the show we all used to love.

The pilot episode is up now, with a new episode every week (posted Tuesdays). Go listen and let them know what you think! colbyandcolton@dewoh.com
